Returns & Refunds Because our products are custom-made and printed uniquely for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee However, we want you to be happy! If you ordered the wrong size or are unhappy with your product, you may keep the item, and we will provide you with a 50% discount code so you can order a replacement in the correct size or a different design. Please contact our customer support to receive your code.

Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged or has a printing error, please send us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. In these cases, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.

Exempt Goods Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear (bikinis) and bodysuits cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken, regardless of the circumstances.

Wrong item received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days and we will send the correct product immediately.

Refunds Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be arranged. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
