Shipping Policy

All orders from Sunbeams Studio are produced and shipped via our partner Printful. Since every product is made to order, production begins once your order is confirmed.

Production time Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.

Delivery time

• Nordics & Baltics (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia): 3–7 business days
• Iceland & Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
• Customs and Import Taxes (Non-EU Countries) Please note that if you are ordering from a country outside the European Union (such as Norway, Iceland or Åland), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sunbeams Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, the shipping carrier, or other circumstances beyond our control.
