The designs on these bags emerged by chance. I was playing with watercolors on a large piece of paper — a wonderfully liberating experience — and ended up with a number of different 'color areas' in front of me. I started to see various things and animals within these areas, and used ink pens to bring the objects to life. I had so much fun. I hope some of that feeling is passed on to you.
